Terms of service

The conditions for using this site and commissioning work from PropBot Studio.

Last updated 22 October 2026Provider: CodeAustral LLCContact: hello@codeaustral.com

1. Acceptance

By using propbotstudio.com you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. An engagement is also governed by the written audit or build proposal you approve; where the two differ, the signed proposal governs the engagement.

2. What the service is

PropBot Studio audits, builds and manages AI-assisted real-estate workflows: lead intake, CRM routing, showing and scheduling, voice intake, follow-up and approved property-data integration. It is a professional service, not a self-serve software product. There is no free trial, no free build and no free credit.

Work is commissioned in three paid parts: a systems audit, a fixed-scope build, and optional monthly management. Fees are published on the fee schedule. The audit and build fees are quoted in writing before work starts.

Public sandboxes, articles, implementation guides and the newsletter are provided for information. They do not include your systems, your data or a production integration, and they are not a substitute for the paid work.

3. Your responsibilities

4. Fees, payment and cancellation

Audit fees are payable before the audit starts. Build fees are invoiced against the milestones in the proposal. Management is billed monthly in advance through our payment processor and can be cancelled with 30 days' written notice; the month is not pro-rated and access continues to the end of the paid period.

A build milestone that has not started is not invoiced. If a delivered item fails an acceptance test written in the proposal, we correct it at no charge. Third-party costs (CRM or MLS licences, messaging, telephony, model or API usage, advertising) are not included and are not refundable by us.

The full refund and acceptance terms are on the standards page.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its text, design and code are owned by CodeAustral LLC or its licensors. On full payment of a build, you receive the rights to the deliverables stated in the proposal, including the code and documentation created for you. Third-party components remain under their own licences.

You retain ownership of the data and material you provide. You grant us the limited right to use it to deliver and support the engagement. We do not use client data to train a public model.

6. Limitation of liability

The site and the public sandboxes are provided “as is”, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. The studio does not warrant any lead volume, conversion rate, revenue outcome or third-party availability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CodeAustral LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data or lost business opportunity. The total liability for a claim arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

7. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the proposal. On termination, fees for work delivered remain payable, access to client systems is returned, and credentials created for the engagement are revoked. We may suspend site access if these terms are breached.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CodeAustral LLC operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

9. Changes to these terms

We update these terms when the service or the law changes. The date at the top changes only when the text changes. Material changes are noted on the standards page. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
